Feedlanguage.com is dead but I’ve done this using Yahoo Pipes. You can clone my pipe at bit.ly/fbvuUi and just change the RSS URL and the language.

Thank you very much. I tired feedlanguage.com yesterday and it works well. But I found it doesn’t support the RSS FEEDS OF NEWS GOOGLE (
http://news.google.com/news?ned=us&topic=h&output=rss)

Also could you make it support atom.xml? I do want subscribe the feeds of google.
